When I Step-Up to a new card, does the new card come with promotional items like games?

Just wondering.  I see that Metal Gear Solid V is now included with new purchases and wasn't sure if that applied to Step-Ups as well.

    No. it does not.

    That doesn't sound like it would remotely apply to this situation. I read that as, you can't use any promo codes or coupons for the purchase.
