Hello,

On 7/13/2015 my GTX 780 Ti Superclocked w/ ACX died down out of nothing after 1 year of fantastic service. I went through the RMA process which was rather quick so kudos for that but now I am facing a different problem regarding that RMA.

I have in fact received a regular GTX 780 and not the video card I was supposed to get.
After emailing support I was told they have sent a new video card as a replacement to me (this was asked on the 22nd and replied the 23rd)
It has been 5 days now and I still haven't received anything yet.

My RMA ID: XXXXX
RMA Number:  XXXXXXXXXXXXX

If you need more information such as pictures of proof from me please let me know.

*Removed the RMA number for privacy concerns. - Chris B.

Call their customer service line to request an update, going to be a much quicker response than waiting for a forum reply. Once the RMA ships they sent you tracking information and its updated within the product information for the card under "my products".

Hi Chris,

Is it possible for the RMA center to send a video card at the same time when I send this one in?
It usually takes about 3 days for the card to arrive in Germany from where I live and assuming that there will be a 3 business day delay before the new one gets sent out it will take about 2 to 3 days to get back to my house.

If there is no way around it I can understand.

Dear Dtneter,

Can you please confirm if you did receive my email?

I can confirm that we do offer the EAR program in Germany and this will allow you to pay up front for the retail price of the product on PayPal and then we can ship the other product first or we can do it this way were we assist you with return shipping and then once received we swap out the product for you to assist.

Please reply to my email with the option that works best for you. chrisb@evga.com

I would like to thank Chris for sorting this out for me.

The video card came in fine yesterday and runs like a charm so this topic can be closed :)
