Hi,
 
To make a big story small :) I RMA'ed my 980TI, all got sorted got a perfect new 980ti which is working perfectly without crashes. Great Service EVGA.
I picked EAR and with that I had to pay Collateral to recieve a new card first before sendiny my broken card back.
Now I am just wondering when I can expect any information on how and when I can recieve my money back, cause my RMA is closed succesfully and did not recieve any information about the payment I made earlier.
 
I have made 2 calls yesterday but I could not understand the guy on the other end. He mumbled so much I could not understand a word of what he was saying. Unfortunately :)

    I would call evga for your region back enter your serial number ask to speak to some one who could speak clearer I would also log in to evga.com under member home at top of screen select my products also check your email see anything in spam box too.
