So I'm trying to get 4k 60hz with 4:4:4 chroma subsampling but the 780 TIs don't support hdmi 2.0.  Is there any way I can get this through maybe a dp -> hdmi 2.0 adapter?  I'm not sure how that works.  I know during CES 2015 Bizlink had a demo for that but it looks like it wont release until the end of the year.

Right now im getting 4k 60hz but the fuzzy red text is bothering the hell out of me.

Anyone know a solution or do I have to wait for the bizlink release?

Not yet. We're still waiting for a adapter as you pointed out. It's basically the only reason I've not gone 4K yet. Just don't see the need to update $2K in GPU's just yet...

but those cables has to be hdmi 2.0 or displayport 1.2 or higher for 4k use to get 60hz
your 780 has displayport 1.2 port on it

I'm using the samsung UDH 8550 but it is only capable of 4k 60hz 4:4:4 CSS through hdmi 2
I haven't been able to find any kind of cable or adapter than can convert the dp 1.2 signal to hdmi 2.  I already have 4k at 60 hz but with 4:2:0 subsampling.  Most of the times its completely fine except for certain color text.

This is what I'm looking for.  It was unveild at CES 2015 and was to have a commercial release earlier this year but has been delayed(im not sure until when)

I'm just hoping to maybe find another solution.  I haven't been able to find a definitive answer either way.

    • 4K RESOLUTION SUPPORT up to UHD 3840 x 2160 @ 30 Hz with compatible equipment; High Definition Audio support for a full range of audio types, including SACD, DVD-Audio, DTS-HD Master Audio, and Dolby TrueHD; High performance cable operates in one direction from a computer, laptop of graphics card to a display with HDMI (not the reverse)
    • Its not what I want.  I want 4k resolution @ 60 Hz with 4:4:4 Chroma subsampling

Did you notice it has the same connector on each end? There is not currently a DP 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 capable dongle out there. We've been waiting months for one.
