740 doesn't show up as a 3d video card

I'm playing WoW and getting 2 frames per second with the 740 sc video card.  I also have XEON processors.  I contacted nvidia and they had me do a fresh uninstall / install without success. 
 
If I go to www.systemrequirementslab.com it shows the video card but it says its not 3d.
 
Any suggestions?
