Step-Up: Separate billing and shipping addresses.

I've been in the step-up queue for about a month, and got approved today. However, on the confirmation email they are listing the billing address and not the shipping address. I've read conflicting information about whether or not EVGA requires both the shipping address and billing address to be the same. Will EVGA ship my replacement card to the shipping address, or are they going to send it to my billing address?

    Dear Maderas,
     
    I am very sorry for any confusion as we do confirm the billing address before payment is made and the shipping address after payment is received. Both addresses can be different.
