I was wondering if anyone had any advice on fixing a double click issue I started having with my X10. I have gone through many options through my research; Windows settings, cleaning contacts, etc without success.

Windows 8.1 Enterprise

Mouse AP ver:1.9.4

    Dear Yamagiru,

Can you please confirm that the cover is snapped in all the way or have you tried reseating it? Does the double clicking also happen when the TORQ software is not installed? If you should continue to have a problem then I would recommend considering processing warranty on the product as we are here to help with having it replaced.

    Chris,

Yes and I have tried reseating the cover. I have not tried it without the software being installed but I will try uninstalling it and see what happens. I have had the unit for a year and have not had any issues until I built this new system two weeks ago so I am wondering if it is a Win 8 issue as the old unit had Win 7.

I am hoping for an easy resolution but will look at an RMA if I need to.

    Thank you for your time!

    Chris,

I have tried, with the same results, after uninstalling the software. Any other suggestions before I look at an RMA?

Just wanted to drop an update, uninstalling software, disconnecting/reconnecting the mouse and reinstalling software seems to have resolved the issue.

Just an FYI.  Disconnecting and reconnecting usually fix issues with my mouse.
