My GTX780Ti SC /w ACX rattles at low fan speed ~50% fan speed.
Its is very annoying and irritates me.
can't make my computer to be idle because its makes too much noise.
 
doe's most of the ACX cooler makes this rattle noise?
is there a way to fix it?
will EVGA able to fix it?
