Is EVGA going to launch a GTX 950 as well?

Nvidia is gonna release the GTX 950 soon, and I would like to know, will EVGA join the party as well?
 
Also, I have a GTX 750 SC...would it be possible in any way to make use of that to get the 950 cheaper?

    Anything that Nvidia officially launches EVGa will also. If you bought and registered your 750 to be eligible for the step up program then yes you could have that option if the new card drops within your step up time frame. Stepup starts from the day your purchased your card and gives you 90 days from that day to apply for it.  http://www.evga.com/support/stepup/
