Hello
 
yesterday I finally got my EVGA x99 Micro board and after first night of overclocking, I had to ask one question.
 
Whenever I set Cache on my 5820k higher than 3700 Mhz (even with 1.35V Cache voltage), my PC won't boot up and one of these LEDs lights up. 
 
 

Does anybody what they mean and explain it to me ? There is no hint in the manual and memebrs on OCN dont know either.

    on standard socket 2011-3 very difficult to push the cache over 3600 , for this  need  or mod cpu 8baur and bye bye warranty
