Hey Guys,

Just joined the EVGA world with a refurbished GTX 570 HD 2.5GB from Scan. The drivers went in lovely and everything seemed ok until i tried to play Farming Simulator 15 and after only a few minutes the screen would either be covered in Green Squares and then game would crash, or my Acer Monitor ould just display "No Signal" fera while and the screen would go black and enter standby. I downlaoded the EVGA Utils and noticedyou can literaly watch the card raise to around 90 degrees celsius at times befoe the green squares appear, but other times it'll reach around 60 degrees and turn off.

Anyone got any clues what could be causing this? The power supply im using is a 750W Delivering 37A on the +12V Rail . I've contacted scan who are happy to RMA it, but say if it tests ok they will charge me an extra £30 + VAT that i'd rather avoid if possible!

Many Thanks,

Dave

Try downclocking the card and turning up the gpu fan speed.

    Hey Sajin,

I contacted Scan at around the same as posting here and they immediately told me to send it back so sounds like it my have been a faulty card :(

Fingers crossed it gets sorted out. Luckily i took a video of the issue so can show what actually happens!
