I currently own an EVGA 560ti DS (SC) and I was looking into the possibility of SLI. I found an EVGA 560 DS (SSC), but being new to SLI I'm not sure how identical the cards need to be.
 
1) Can the 560ti DS (SC) be SLI'd with the 560 DS (SSC)?
 
2) Is it worth doing that for ~$100 or is it delaying the inevitable upgrade to a higher series?
