Hey guys,

Wanted to submit this in case it wasn't intentional. I use the 'Framerate Target' feature of the app and am using a 144hz G-sync monitor. I wanted to set a cap of 135-140 and see how it did. However, whenever I manually input any amount over 120 and click OK, it simply reverts back down to 120fps.

Any way around this to get a higher cap, while still using your app? Don't really want to install rivatuner or any other nvidia statistics server software, just want to use yours. If it's not intended and simply a bug, then maybe we'll see a fix in the next update! :)

Thanks!

Yes, I have to use Afterburner/Rivatuner to set a proper framerate target for G-Sync.  Right now when I type over 120 with the number I choose (say 140), it goes back to 120 when I click ok.

like most advanced features they don't really work well in Precision, unless you have an SC or higher card which you can "overboost" just use rivatuner or MSI Aftbrnr..

Oh, I do have SC 980 Ti's I just got, am I losing performance using AB?

you are not losing performance if you are talking about simple OC, the framerate target is basically a setting which moderates the boost clock of the card to give you a steady frame rate target which in some cases will allow for a more stable OC since it will keep the overall power consumption and temps of the card lower, in some extreme cases it might also bring the average FPS when vsync is enabled slightly higher but all of the instance in which I've seen it happening are well in the standard deviation so this could be your usually +-5% error rate...
