Hola... yo tambien necesito la actulizacion de la vios para mi evga gtx 660 sc, pues funciona bien sin el driver, ero aeas se l nstalo se guian, se reinica y no da imagen!!! sistema oerativo windows 7 64bits procesador core 2 quad Q6600 2.4Ghz/8m/1066 8g de ram corsarxms3 1333mhz tarjteta madre gigabyte G41mt-s2 evga gtx 660 sc 2gb ddr5 tambien tengo tarjeta de video evga gtx285 ftw 1gb ddr3 512 bits

You will only need the flash the video card, if your motherboard supports and you would like to use fast boot and secure boot along with windows 8. If you do not meet these requirements, you may have no display when you turn on your computer.

^ Listen to this man guys. I had it happen to me. And thank the gods. I backed up the previous firmware and had another pc to use for flashing back.

Hi guys. Yesterday appealed to support, to get UEFI GOP Bios GTX 660 (P/N: 02G-P4-2660-KR). The Bios was sent quickly, today and installed it. But the option MSI Bios Windows 8.1 Firmware doesn't not work. At the moment you can see the version of the BIOS 80.06.58.00.60(P2030 is 0000). Whether it is UEFI or is something wrong?

The EVGA BIOs is only for EVGA based cards. If you have another brand of video card like MSI then this won't work.
Are you following the BIOs flash instructions? If you are not sure contact EVGA tech support.

Keep in mind the UEFI firmware for the video card only enables Secure Boot compatibility with Windows 8 and nothing more.

So i have EVGA 660gtx FTW sig2
80.60.10.00.60 (p2030-0000)
Current I still on win7 at somepoint I plan to upgrade to win8.1 or just wait to win9 or whatever they gona caall it.
Am i gona need new bios to take advangtage of this secureboot and whatever else? when i do upgrade?
