Oke, weird thing, when Eco mode is on the fan will spin when it's off it doesn't...
should be the other way around right?

    Hi, welcome

Eco Mode Enabled = Fan will not spin until temp reach 55C
Eco Mode Disabled = Fan spin always

It's good because fan is not loud and even with Eco Disabled you can't hear him.

Eco mode allows the power supply to run passively cooled where the fan does not spin making the power supply completely silent.

If you turn this mode off then the power supply will run like any standard power supply where the fan is spinning at All times.
