I hope EVGA didn't simply pushed the queue to the second stage...

Well, I just received my new card today via UPS and can't wait to install it. Basically 1 month from the day I began the step up process. I hope you all get through it swiftly and you are happy with your 980 ti's.
Take care!!

I queue'd up for a step up from a GTX 980 FTW to the TI on 6/5/15, you guys think it'll probably take another 30 days for my queue to complete?

I don't think so. I believe it's already made it to 6/3 step-ups.

Mine will be double that at least, I was sleeping on the job and queued up on 09JUN. Sure wish they would add a SC model to that list in the next 25 days. I would gladly start my queue all over again if they did if before my 90 days are up. Wishful thinking. Those Ti's will be a big improvement over an already good card.

How does this Step-UP program actually work? I'm new around here. Can I upgrade from 980Ti Reference to 980 Ti Kingpin when it comes out? Or it has to be a different GPU?

I received my card yesterday. It is in SLI with the EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti Superclocked+ ACX 2.0+. I am not getting very good performance.
I will be buying a backplate for this card very soon. I had wanted to use my old GTX 980 back plate but realized the one for the GTX 980 Ti is a bit different. It has addition thermal pads. See below

Excellent news. Seems that the vast majority of the queue came from 06/01. The queue moved about 12 hours in the first three weeks, and has now moved 4-5 days over the last two weeks.

Signed up about 11am the morning the 980 Ti was announced & finished queue 6/22. Payment processed 6/24 & my old card was received by EVGA on 7/2. Shipping still showing as pending but I'm really hoping it goes out the door today since I'm off the rest of the week & the wait is killing me.

I'm the in the exact same boat as you. Seems they are slow with us some people had payment processed in minutes. Seems everything is taken them extra time for my step-up :/.

You guys caught them on a long holiday weekend.  I imagine no one was in the office on 7/3 in observance of U.S. Independance Day. (7/4).  A card received on 7/2 was probably not processed until 7/6.  Hopefully, today your are taken care of.  The more of the early Step Up crowd that gets taken care of, the closer I am.  Looks like I still have a long way to go though.  Stepped up on 6/14 after I found out my gtx 980 FTW was one of the ones with the problem.  Good luck!!
