Hello

I will be getting two GTX 980ti soon and I would like to know what sort of overclock I will need to get Firestrike 10000 Ultra score with two GPUs, I am thinking about getting a Classified, do you think this GPU would get that overclock I need on air or would I have to go water cooling for it.

Thanks

Well i can only get 8.3 on my setup. i think you need 3 or maybe 3 titan x to break 10k and if you want to use this level of performance all the time :)

Yeah, it seems you need round 1540 Boost and 8100 Memory to get over 10000 score at the moment.

This guy has a 3 way sli and gets over 12k on FS ultra, he has a very nice setup i think you can get over 11k on air using 3x 980 tis but getting over 10k with just 2 980 tis would be very hard :(

Do you know if this was air or LN2, I am thinking it was LN2 because I looked at an image of it.

Yeah but the GPU score is above 10000, that is not counting the CPU score with it.

Well for that level of overclock you would be force to void your warranty i believe, since you have to go well beyond stock volts and would need to flash the bios on the videocard.

Yeah, I really wanted to try and get 10000 score on Ultra without voiding the warranty on it. Well it will not be possible then

I'm at 4930-4950 With a single 980ti.. But I have a custom bios on it and its in a waterloop.

    i7 3770k @4.6
    Evga 980 ti @1530
    16gb ddr3 1866 ram
    asus z77 mobo
    1200w gold psu
2x Samsung 850 evos in Raid0 (just got them, untested in firestrike)
    xspc water loop
    nzxt h440 case

I would imagine, with a newer platform (cpu, mobo, ram), and another 980ti running the same clock, you could hit your goal.
