Hi guys, I currently have an RMA submitted and I am preparing to upload the invoice.
I have noticed that on my invoice the values of the items are listed as £0 and this is due to the items being sent to me being paid via credit that was owed as a refund from OCUK after returning a faulty set of cards previously purchased. 

What this means is that instead of having the money sent back to my account I chose to get OCUK to send me the card and items of my choice directly which means the invoice doesn't have the actual value of the items listed as that is all in the Customer service thread.
 
Now I know that the invoice is an important part of the RMA and as I cant provide notes when uploading the invoice on the support page explaining this, how do I go about solving this issue? Would  who ever is processing the RMA have an issue? I assume this might look like some kind of tampering? I am worried as my only other option is to contact OCUK and ask them to send me an amended invoice with the items prices listed.
 
Please advise :(.

    Hi Mark,
     
    I have followed the RMA process, I have the package ready but after looking at all postage options the cheapest I could find would cost £60 ( inclusive of insurance of the item ).
    I really cannot afford this, Is there anyway you lovely guys at EVGA will be able to help me with the postage of this card? I honestly cant afford it at the moment and I am in this situation through no fault of my own ( not blaming you ) It is unfortunate that the card has failed and It happens time to time as with any hardware.
     
    I would really appreciate any help I can get, thanks in advance for any replies.
