This is my first acrylic build. It is really not that hard but it does take some practice. I started this around Christmas and finally finished it, however during that time the 980 ti came out so I'm waiting on the 980 ti classifieds to come out, that should hopefully keep me happy for at least six months:) Enjoy!

Mobo: Asus Rampage V
CPU: Intel Core i7-5930K, water cooled EK EVO
GPU: EVGA 980 CLASSIFIED x  2 SLI EK WB'S
RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16 GB 2800
CASE: Corsair 900D
PSU: EVGA 1600G2
HD: Samsung 850 Pro 512
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64Bit
First step, spend lots of money.

I decide to put a list of my first order of water cooling parts for those looking at fittings and cost. This is not a complete list.

The 900D is just huge and so easy to work inside.

Resleeve the I/O panal

Never did the I/O panal before, looks ok I guess.

Future proof my power needs, why not.

This the fun part, so many thing to put together, test, retest, assemble, disassemble. Hell this is why we do this stuff!

How and where to put our reservoirs. This seems always to be the big question.

Kudos to that guy over at Singularity computer builds, he got me to buy a bending brake and make my own reservoir bracket.

More test fitting, attaching directly to the hard drive cases makes the whole thing slide out as one sub assembly

My photos are crap but I promise the finally photos will be better, sorry
I call this one the flux-capacitor picture. My wife had no clue what this was.

Bracket is ready for paint, all the holes have been drilled and tapped.

Bracket and pump assembly ready to go back together. Assembly sequence is very important, this was more like a puzzle.

All the Rads are 64mm thick, 2 Ek 480's and one Ek 240. Test fit

My first acrylic tube, no bends just cut to length. Here is what I learned. Use a dremel to do your rough cuts. Use a belt/disc sander with
blue tape to mark the correct length helps in getting it right on the money. Last hand sand the chamfer on the ends with 200-300 grit. Insertion
force on these o-ring fittings was huge. The trick, Vaseline and buy some spare O-rings you might tear a few.

The cpu drain took me a few tries before I came up with something that would be easy to drain. The gpu was easy and required no mods.
The drain for the gpu is in the bottom left front of the case, very easy access. Sorry no photo of that.

I was torn between the EVGA X99 and the Rampage V Extreme. Always have had EVGA boards but I thought I would give ASUS a try.

Now to start some tube bending. Monsoon's red mandrels for the 16mm OD tubing work great, just follow the youtube's they have
and you'll be bending like a pro in no time.

Finished the cpu loop, decided to leak test before putting the gpu loop together.

All the loop complete, no leaks!  I forgot to mention lighting. I decided on a phobia RGB lighting system with remote. I love being able to
change the look and effects with the press of a button. You'll also notice these two 780 Hydro coppers will be gone soon.

Now on to the long awaited ek water blocks for my 980 classifieds.

Tried some UV red but it didn't work for me.

Mayhem Red pastel looks better I think.

The money shot!

And that's all I've got folks for now. Hope you enjoyed the build!

Looks great . What is the advantage of that ? do you go faster or 7Ghz or something? I don't know I never water cooled before or coolant what ever that is. if its for looks then it did its job.  I always wanted to try but water on the cpu or graphics scares me a bit. Looks expensive.

Yes you can go faster that's one reason we do this. I do it because its fun, creative and I need every advantage I can get in gaming against these young kids. Expensive yes but worth every penny. Don't be afraid of water cooling, be afraid of getting addicted to water cooling.

You only need to make MODS RIGS profile and you will get many positive comments.
How you estimate exactly size of tube and bending point...?

I took your advice and added it to the Mods Rigs. As for bending check out Monsoons you tube videos for tube bending and measurements.
Just buy there mandrel set for your size tubing and there 3D measurement kit and follow the instructions. I must have watched those videos
    10 times. Here is part 1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OL6MVDIndvQ

This mode is sick, lot of knowledge with water cooling stuff...
I would leave maybe few days with clear water without paint... but never mind...
    This image is great...

I love combination of silver compression fittings, and silver watercooling blocks with clear liquid for cooling and black hardware, everything shine and nice...

Vlada, I like the clear as well also. Acrylic sure does give it that something extra. What a great looking build, your bends look very good. I haven't had the budget to go acrylic, it is something I would like to try. Thank you for sharing, and your pics are good! :) Nice blue ribbon you have there.

Thanks guys. I thought about leaving it all clear. Tried both loops clear then one clear the other red just didn't pop they way I wanted. I decided on the Mayhem Red pastel and it is amazing. Almost glows like UV with no UV. I'll probably get bored with it in six months and changed it to something else but for now I'm happy.

The one thing that never occurred to me when building with Acrylic is the support structure you get for free. This thing is solid, gpus are supported by the tubing. The reservoirs are tight nothing wiggles. Loops drain easy, taking it apart not so easy. Once you do an Acrylic build hard to go back to tygon tubing.

Great job! What size tubing is that? It looks larger than 1/2" x 3/4". And what fittings? I did my first rigid tubing build this year and absolutely love it; it's nice to see more builds using the same thing.
One thing I was not so happy with is when you change components, you most likely have to change the tubing also due to small size changes in the gpu or the inlet/outlets.

    rlb9682,

All tubing and fittings are 16mm. I decided to edit my first post and add a bill of materials at the top. Its not complete as we always find we need this or that but enough to get those that wish to start looking at prices and part numbers.
Bitspower G1/4" Silver Shining Enhance Multi-Link For OD 16MM are the fittings I used and they are excellent.

Temps idle 27C, stock settings. room temp ~70F
Full load benching Firestrike 57C with 1.5v measured at the cards, room temp was ~78F
Gaming 45C with 1.4 and 1550 clock, room temp ~75F

Thanks guys. I added a sleeved wiring pack for the 1600G2 from EVGA. I'll be adding more pictures soon. All that is left is to add 2 more rog swift monitors and 2 new KP980ti's and I'll be good for 6 more months. All though I could use a 4K monitor above the 3 swifts....hmmm.

Wow that just looks stunning. I'm so scared to try water cooling, Is it true that you have to keep refilling/changing out the water and checking for leaks? I guess its maintenance just like you would have to keep dust out of your pc. but my goodness. LOL I hope I will marry someone who is a better computer builder than I am! So one day they can build me things such as that too
