It's going to be real nice when they fix all the things they say they're planning to.  Even now as it is, the game is lots of fun.  The batmobile is a great addition to the game.

I've completed 1/2 the side quests and am  70% done with main storyline and have yet to run into 1 issue , hang, lockup or anything problematic ??

Sure it is a tad sluggish frames ( 40 -59 ) but nothing that warranted a complete recall/ removal from sale  !?!?!?

I'm wondering if it was a combination of just 9xx series cards & the junk nvidia  drivers that most of the issues were from ?

Pretty fun game , just like the others....

I'm not sure it's the 900 series & bad drivers since I'm playing with a 970 (game profile set to use a single GPU) and a 780Ti for PhysX.  Not having any issue's with the game.  Plays at a pretty steady 60 FPS after changing the 30FPS cap in the config file.

I think that's what I read on Steam, but maybe that will change if WB makes some big improvements sooner.  I'm just glad I bought it & got it downloaded before they removed it for sale...

After the crap from the AK2, you'd think gamers would learn....

((Sarcasm))But, I can see where the game trailers look so pretty and so cool, I wet myself!

I can tell you that the last few drivers have been running vram over the top so that has to be fixed too

ebay you can get the base game for about 20 bucks & premium edition for 30-39 for Steam.

I got the premium edition or whatever on Steam for dirt cheap on ebay. I don't have issues just because my pc specs, but lighting/textures/particles even after patch have a long way to go, and I got stuck on a ledge and had to exit the game. My FPS are insane compared to everyone else=/ top 98, low 62 average 74. Lighting/Particles still need a lot of work, textures are kind of meh, if you don't have like at least 24gb of ram, a gpu with 4gb+ of vram and an i7 4 core or amd equivalent stay away from it.

I assume you're referring to system ram?  Not sure why you'd make that statement?  I have 16GB ram and have been monitoring my ram usage while playing.  It has never exceeded 8200MB system ram.  Every setting on and maxed out at 1440P.

Some people reported the game gobbling up all 12gb's and caused the game to crash still even after the patch. If the game was fixed, and all ready to go, it would be back up for sale on etailers/retailers for the pc. But that is not the case.

yup but it depends on how big the world is too, the textures if you look closely are not amazing even on high. Game should not be using up to or over that much of your ram.

Reminds me of Windows 3.1 or was it Wn 95, that was ram hogs? I honestly don't see how AK stays afloat, but then again, CoD has had the same game engine for how long and still sells..

This game does not use anywhere near 12GB of RAM.  The most RAM the game ever used after playing for 3+ hours was only 5.1GB.

The first patch was nice that we got the rain layer and AO that was missing for some reason.  Now no one can say that the PC version is missing anything from the console version graphic wise.

Game is using about 5GB of VRAM and 5GB of system RAM... The game is running well for me, except in the Batmobile... When in the Batmobile, the the game dips in the 40's and you can tell. My real problem is the obvious lack of optimization, there is no reason for my GPU to not be running at full GPU usage. Especially, when The Witcher 3 does even on medium settings.

Hm, strange. I'm running with only 8 GB of system RAM, and it's fine. Then again, I haven't checked the RAM usage at all, and I'm running on Low textures due to my 2 GB of VRAM on my 680 (1920x1080 resolution).

I had issues at first because I set textures to high or medium or whatever the next step above low is. Once I read the statement from the devs saying to use Low if you have 2 GB VRAM or less, it's been smooth as butter.

Point is, you don't need 24 GB of RAM and 4 GB VRAM to play the game. It's still quite beautiful with low textures. Don't get me wrong...I'd love to have a 980 Ti SC and crank up the settings, but I'll probably wait until the next generation to upgrade. This is the first game I've played where the VRAM has been such a noticeable bottleneck.

Hey, at least WB is trying to fix the game. Remember when Capcom dumped Dead Rising 3 on PC and ran?
