Hey EVGA,
I just want to say you guys are awesome and thats why i continue to purchase graphics card from you guys for my other computers and tell my friends as well. You guys have outstanding customer service #1

I just have some questions about my rma. I have a really old card the gtx 560ti . It started having a lot of issues so i rma'd it. I just got an email back that a new one is coming. Will my lifetime warranty for the original card transfer over to the new one and do i need to do anything special for it to transfer over? or is it all automatic?

Thanks,
Will

Any extended warranties purchased will transfer to any RMA replacements for that card. The same goes for lifetime warranties and the remainder of a standard 3 year warranty. This is an automatic process and there is nothing you'd have to do on your end for this to occur. Note that the lifetime warranty as well as any extended warranties will not transfer to a second owner.
