Finally got 2 Titan X install. Notice my top card with currently primary with dvi plug in run 5-7 temp hotter. I wanted to switch my dvi connection to the second card.... but when I did that no signal show up on my monitor... What do I need to do?

My bottom card run a lot cooler due to fan directly across and on the bottom it. Please help!

ASUS Sabertooth X79 is my mbo.

Thanks so much!

I don't think the second card has a display option in SLI.

    #1 Disable SLI.
#2 Move DVI cable to bottom card.
    #3 Re-enable SLI. Done.

NOTE: On cold start & reboot you won't be able to see anything until you get to windows. This is completely normal when running the second card as primary.

So will I still be able to hit delete or f1 to enter bios during this? Or no display at all if using second card like this until windows?

Nope, you won't be able to see the BIOS. No display at all until windows.

Check your motherboard BIOS.  Some of them have an option to set which graphics card slot is the first to display.  Changing such a setting might let you view the BIOS on boot while using the second card for your monitor.

EDIT: Sorry.  Checked your motherboard manual and the BIOS doesn't seem to have an option to change the initial display output :(
