Hi.

I tried to run any MS-DOS game running "cmd" (XP x86 SP3) but I got black screen... and almost 1 minute crash fatal (BSoD) on 780 Ti Classified (344.75WHQL).

Is GeForce driver or this GK110 chip issue?

NOTE: But GTX 480, 580 and 670 had no any issues.

Will new version of BIOS for 780Ti Classified (not kingpin and stock 1020MHz core) fix this issue? Or driver issue?
Or has also GK110 (GTX 780 series and GTX Titan) same problem?

My version of BIOS is original - 80.80.34.01.80.

NOTE: I played all games, tested benchmarks and watched videos/TV - without any problems. ;)

It's either the driver or your card is faulty. Have you tried any other drivers?

I tried to update (running GeForce Experience) from 344.75WHQL to 352.86WHQL without "clean" but still same result.

But I think... the version of BIOS or GK110 (any 780 and Titan) chip is issue.

    Try driver 332.21.
Tried but still black screen and... BSoD.

I booted to start native MS-DOS running pen USB and run well any MS-DOS game but unfortunately I got fast badly running 1280x1024@85Hz (CRT monitor) because 85 Hz is blamed running 780 Ti (slot blue PCIe 2.0 x16).

Do you modify BIOS to remove EDID (=auto-detect monitor - 1280x1024@85Hz)?

PS: Remember I have re-plugged "old" GTX 480 (died) and changed slot PCIe from 2.0 x16 (blue) to 2.0 x4 (black) and I got 720x400@70Hz!!
