My specs are in my sig. I havent been in the PC realm in a few years was just wondering what is the highest GPU i can slap in my rig and it not be bottlenecked by anything?
or should i trash the whole thing and start over?

Also plan to upgrade to a 500GB SSD
but dont want to dump the money on a GPU and SDD unless its worth it for the MOBO and PSU

I think you should double your ram & I think the system can handle  the big boy TITAN X as is...

Although your sig is cut off & I can't see what size/ type of power supply you have .?

You can put any of the 980s in your motherboard, but be sure to update the bios before you do that. The PSU is more than enough for that card. I think between that and an SSD you'll notice very nice gains on startup and gaming.
