What could I do with it besides just throwing it away?

Well if it not working environmentally dispose of it properly. If the entire unit is working try and sell it for a small amount.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

The pump has been stopped working and I just never RMA'd it
Ended up taking it apart and now the only thing that's left is just the radiator

If it is mostly metal see if your local community has a metal recycling pickup or dropoff point.
