Failed Bios flash GTX 660

I had a failed Bios flash, after reinstalling the Bios I still get blue screens. Can I send it in for a factory reset?

    If the card is still within its warranty period, has the original heatsink, original sticker with serial number attached to the card, original BIOS on the card, and no other damage or modifications done to the card, yes, you can send it in. But what testing have you done to make certain that the card is indeed defective and that it isn't a software issue or some other hardware issue?
