Of all games available today, all reviews so far show that one GTX690 is faster than one Titan; but time doesn't stop and new games will come in the future, so the conclusion isn't in stone.  The only real point to Titan is either getting more than one from the get go, or keeping it long enough until future games need more than the 2GB per GPU on GTX690 or GTX670 SLI; by then the performance gap between will get closer.  FYI, it has taken about 3-4 years for games to use an average of 600MB to the 2GB average now, just to give an idea for when having 6GB makes more sense long-term.

Pretty much (following graph was done at 1920x1200 resolution aand played single player, which is why the third GTX670 doesn't scale well).  If you don't plat BF3, pick another in that review link.

Warranty varies by location, EVGA's support section includes a detailed explanation.  Default is USA/Canada, so choose EMEA for Europe, Middle East and Africa.     
Warranty also varies by the suffix of the product code, whether two letters or one letter and one number.
 
Of course, if you want more than default warranty given, you can purchase extended warranty at registration within 30-days of the invoice date.

If I had the money, I would wait and see what the 7 series brings or buy a 4p rig

For the 3 year warranty to work you need to
 
Register the card on EVGA's website within 30 days of receipt - you will need to have a copy of the receipt from Amazon on your pc to upload
