Between Superman and the Hulk
Now from judging from all the feats Superman has accomplished over the years and from reading that he can on some level manipulate his own gravitational field and maybe to some extend that of objects he's holding, I would have to think that he isn't as strong as he is made out to be and the more he uses his powers, especially out of direct contact with the sun, the weaker he gets.
 
Now the Hulk as we all know gets stronger the madder he gets, but at the start he is pretty weak compared to some of the heavy hitters in the Marvel Universe. hulk has done some incredible feats of strength that no one short of being comic has ever done (he lifted a 150 billion ton mountain and nearly split the planet in 2)
 
Now going on pure strength alone it's hard to determine who's stronger if the part about Superman's gravitational field is true, but let's say it not and that he really is as strong as he's made out to be, He would easily beat a calm baseline strength Hulk, no question about that. But if he does like he does with almost all his fight and holds back and let it drag out well into night then I can see the tides turning in Hulk's favor as the Hulk would just be getting stronger while Superman is using up all his energy and can recharge.

Superman. He simply flys around the Earth so fast that Earth rotates the opposite way reversing time to the point before Bruce got mad and turned into the Hulk, then flies down and Destroys him.

HULK wins 9 outta 10 times  -  all he has to do is knock superman far enough away from a SUN giving Supes his strength  & the man in blue becomes just a man.....

Superman can punch at around the speed of light.  What happens when something traveling the speed of light hits an object? It causes an explosion more powerful than all the nukes on earth combined!

Which ever the comic creator/script writer wants to win.

Hulk would win considering he can have an infinite amount of strength (I think)

Hulk Thunderclap moves at speed of sound.....Superman travels at supersonic speeds.

isn't supersonic still the speed of sound?
