It's your basic "shoot 'em up, I hate the nazi, kill the nazi" that is the same with every Wolfenstein. Basically your a meat head and run around to kill nazi's and deal with nazi advanced technology. There is some sneaking around you can do, but lets face it, much funner to just arm yourself with double shotgun and go to town. It is pretty good, but there are plot holes if your looking for a in depth story line. Like how was he a vegetable for 15 years and not lose a ounce of muscle?

    Don't spoil it bro.

Which game is it like?. BioShock?.

Should I start from the beginning?. Ms-dos days?. Which ones should I really play?. I'll prefer going to YT and watching a good walkthrough. If you know any, share.

Seen your thread, and noticed when I started Steam they had Wolfenstien :The Old Blood on sale for $20 if your interested. There was also a bundle for The New Order [2014 release] and The Old Blood [5/4/15 release] for 44.99. Would be $80 for both individually. I haven't played either , just letting you know about a good deal. Wolfenstein®: The Old Blood

I'd pick up the originals too. Wolfenstein 3D (optional) and Return to Castle Wolfenstein (recommended).

Started playing the old blood last night,  great game. I like how they keep it old school, and don't turn it into COD.

I'm an old Return To Castle Wolfenstein fan. I cut my teeth on that game after building my first rig back in 2000. That was one of the first multiplayer games that you could play as a medic or engineer and help your team win an objective. But it was the single player that sucked me in. That's still a good game today for what it was back then, great soundtrack too. I'm in the process right now of going back through it for the third time.

I bought the new one but still have not played it yet. To busy gettin' killed over and over again on BF4 servers.

New Order is AMAZING! One of the best story lines I've experienced in an FPS... haven't been an FPS fan for a long time; original CoD days.

Old Blood is good as well. Honestly I'd play them in the order they were released to the public. Sure New Blood gives some of the back story, but it's meant to be that way after having played New Order.

FYI... I've gone back 3x's since New Order has been released in order to play through the campaign.

+1 I'm on my third play through right now, I had to play it again after beating the old blood.

I've lost count.... I have 80 hours on The New Order, and I love The Old Blood.
It's not as good, but it's still insane fun, and frankly much more challenging than TNO - but still considerably easy...

I just started playing this and you're right it plays just like Call of Duty. Levels are based on set pieces/events and its just long tunnels. I got to the London Nautica level and gave up on this.

Wow surprised so many people don't like it, and comparing its fast gameplay to COD, sorry but the first fast gameplay fps was in fact wolf3d and doom. All FPS have leeched off those two games that made the FPS really take off... Those comparing any wolftenstein or even doom to COD your a potato because COD and its mechanics of fast action paced gameplay came from guess who ID's Wolf3D and Doom.
I would say 40-60hours of single player game play is worth it, your not going to get that in most AAA titles today especially COD or BF single player.
