For the YouTube link, go to YouTube and click share, and it will give you a yo.utube or something silly link. Then it will display. It took me forever to figure that one out.

Before you go installing this just be warned that people have been banned from multiplayer for using mods in single player.

Rockstar changed the EULA so it basically states that you cant mod the game files in any way shape or form even if it doesnt affect multiplayer. If they detect a change they will auto ban you.

The video shows the multiplayer part of the game. I think that you can't use female characters in single player mode.
