I have finally retired my i7 920 @ 4.0 Ghz, soon to be replaced with i7 5820k.
Once I put the new monster together, If anyone is interested in some benchmarks let me know.
I am sure there are still some of us out there that have held on to our first generation i7 this long. Let me know what you want benchmarks wise.
Sig is updated but parts are on route.

PS
My 680s continue to serve me well!

I have 3 GTX 680 Classified Cards with EVGA HC Water Blocks installed.
I am about to tear down that old rig, ASUS Maximus V Extreme mostly just time to dump the ASUS motherboard.
Not sure yet what I will do with all the Parts.
Note: Pulled out the GTX 690 a while ago and put them in another rig and put in the 3 GTX 680 Classified Cards.

The purpose of this thread is to show the difference from x58 to x99 with these benchmarks using GTX 680s. All in all I am very satisfied having waited this long to upgrade the core of my system and still utilizing my 680s.

Now bring on Pascal  (I am ready)
