I have a pair of EVGA 980 Superclocks, at the moment they are +75 core +175 memory and 107 power target and max fan speed when it hits 60C.  Doesn't get much above 60C under something like GTA V.  Have gamed for 2 or 3 hours without any issues at those settings.  Just curious what is considered an everyday overclock on these types of cards?  I see a lot of 1500+ mhz cores and 8000 mhz memory overclocks and aggressive power targets but are these realistic settings for an everyday overclock for gaming?  Or is it more of a try it once for a benchmark then reduce it to something more realistic so I don't burn out my card type of thing?

Those numbers are definitely only for the purpose of benchmarking and not meant (or recommended) for 24/7 operation since it is a lot of wear and tear on the card.

I can't even overclock 1Mhz because of the low utilization bug.

I haven't checked my voltage so I am not sure if I have that issue or not.  I remember reading about it when the 970 and 980 had been released but it seemed like it stopped being talked about.  I assumed it was fixed with drivers a while ago
