We will need to be little patient... Now on summer will be launched new powerful NVIDIA graphic card and Windows 10 and after that on autumn Skylake will be launched and than we can expect more from DX12, benchmarks, maybe first games, etc...
But that's first, we can't expect extreme fps... maybe only playable in 1080p resolution with high end cards.
Who think about 2560x1440p and max details better to prepare 2x high end graphic card with more than 6-8GB Video Memory.
Video Memory on TITAN X will fast to become normal if you want high end and I afraid that developers will design and games to need more DDR4... Maybe even 32GB become same as today 16GB. Many years we used to play with 4-8GB memory, more than 5 years, I expect change and on that field. 2008-2015 people used on 4-6-8GB DDR3 to be enough for every game and more than that.
One more thing... I expect to AMD change something on processor field in next 20 months...
Because of that is better investment on 6-8 cores Intel. If AMD launch new processor with 8+ cores who knows how that will reflect on new operation system, can easy to become similar or even better than Skylake or 4 core Intels. I mean small chances are for that but they talk about much better performance of their hardware in new OS even improvements with combination of Internal and dedicate graphic cards...
Who knows... We need to armed with more than 4 cores Intel... and premium NVIDIA for banchmark battle with AMD under new OS.
