I am not sure about what my power output is suppose to be on my NEX1500 but when I go to Benchmark using Heaven or any of the 3D Mark programs I get some varying numbers. The bounce from the low 11s to way beyond 12.5. When this happens I get multiple Direct X errors. The errors range from device hung to device removed. Help plz!!!

There might be a little bit of variation. Try monitoring the voltages for a bit while in the BIOs. If they change dramatically there contact EVGA tech support.

Looks like a I have a 12v rail going bad. It's fluctuating between 4.44 volts and 30.94 volts (at least thats what it is showing). Thanks to that awesome JoeyC we have a replacement in the works!

You can't know for sure until you check at least on molex with voltmeter...
Same as here, HW Monitor read 11.65V, voltmeter read 12.33V, you can check and 5V...
Best way to start together Prime95 and OC Scanner Benchmark test example... and read voltmeter...
Some better will remember min and max reading, on some cheaper you need to look for fluctuations...
That's simple thing for beginners to check PSU if software concern you... On my ex PSU AIDA64 reading was 11.70V,
I knew when I test before 2 years reading was similar but voltmeter say 12.20-12.25V...
when I cross on EVGA 1200 P2 AIDA64 change reading from 11.70 and now show always 12.110V I didn't check on voltmeter, no reason...
But if software reading worry you ...

what is showing that values? it's not possible for the 12V rail to deliver such values.

I have the NEX1500 and today my PC shut down 4 times without any heavy load, just browsing the net. I opend the software to check the voltages and my +12v rail showed a max voltage of 117.8v according to the software. I opened paint to copy paste my screen shot and the computer shut down once again. I noticed the light by the switch is red and not yellow.

Software is not accurate very often, better to say very rear they show close to real value.
You should check with normal voltmeter, they are not expensive.
But voltage could be normal and something else is maybe wrong with PSU and he shut down.
I need to replace battery in my voltmeter, 9V 6F22 die before several months.
