Well I bought it and installed the video card.  I turned on the power and nothing came out of the video card at all.  Any way to check to see if I got screwed on the card.  It powers up but no signal comes out.  Its very hard to install drivers if the video card is not putting out any signal.

Make sure all of the additional power inputs have power connectors plugged in if you don't it won't work

Both power plugs are installed I had to buy a new power supply to get enough wattage to cover the video card.  nothing.

List ALL of your Computer Hardware that you have for this Card and then we can help you out.
Make and Model is what we need to see. That is an old card, what did you pay for it if I may ask.

OK, now we need the Motherboard, Make and Model Number and Bios Date.
What is the Make and Model of your 750 watt power supply? Is it a Gold or Bronze PSU?
What is the Full Model Number of your GTX 560 Ti?

going to have to take my computer in to get it worked on.  Not having any luck with finding a bios update that I can use, not sure enough about working with bios to do anything.

If you have a PC that is back from 2010 more than likely it needs a BIOs update. If your BIOs has any type of legacy setting you can try that.

Are you able to see anything at all on the screen or get into the BIOs?

Can you remove the new card and get into the Bios to update it?

You may want to ask your local computer shop to update the Bios and set it up for you.
Not sure if Best Buy does that type of work.

I am sure I can get by on the old card for a while, its still running good.  I will check with Best Buy and some of the other shops to see if they can.  Not sure who all does it in my area.
