So I'm torn between the Case Labs magnum M8 and the Mountain Mods Extended U2UFO. Anyone have either of these two cases? (my system in my sig) I'm also looking to go full water cooling. Looking for some options on what gear would be best.

Thanks
Carl

I highly recommend the Phanteks Enthoo Primo Case save a few buck, less than half after Case Labs options are added to your order, and have a more refined look although that is subjective. For sure they are very water cooling friendly cases to build in and well worth a look. In mine I have a 420 45mm thick in the top (push/pull) and a monsta 360 Push/Pull in the bottom and still have room for a 3-bay HDD cage, 2x ssd brackets (2 ssds each), 3x 140mm fan openings, 3x 120mm fan openings and 3-5-1/4 bays available to use. That said you can fit more in the M8 bit you won't get the functionality out of the box without a bunch of add on options. For pumps I use D5 and radiators I use alphacool because of the 5 ports and reasonable prices & performance. I'd recommend Scythe Gentle Typhoon AP-15 if you can find them for fans but they are no longer made so give the EK Vardar or Corsair SP fans a look. The Phanteks Enthoo Primo comes with 3 of their 140mm fans that are quiet and perform quite well add three more for a 420 and you've saved $$ again. I like the aesthetics of hard tubing but still recommend flexible tubing that is plasticizer free tubing. Use distilled water only no dyes, additives or premixed fluids. Use a silver coil it's all you need to keep the water clear. For water blocks I recommend EK throughout their fittings are quite nice too but you'll find a wider variety of Bitspower and Koolance fittings so if you want to stick with one brand through out then look at them.

I recommend the caselab case. You will not find a better built case for water cooling or in build quality. I went through a nzxt phantom 820, corsair 900, phantek entho pro. All of them had minor issues. Caselab was the first to make me say this is what i want.

Owcraftsman, I appreciate the response. The case does look pretty good. after 15+ years of building systems for myself/wife and friends I'm honestly done with the tower cases for myself. I really do want a wider case like the case labs or MM. But thanks for the bit of insight on the water cooling.

So I have been doing some digging.I'm liking the Mecurey S8. Plenty big enough to hold everything needed. I also found that EK did a kit for this case. All I would need to do is grab 2 blocks for the 980's. And when Natmandoo gets his 2011-3 blocks add it in.

I have Mountain Mods Extended U2UFO. Love it. I have three rads, 2 pumps, all pumps and rads are below the MB. Tons of room for what ever. Been using for like 6 or 7 years. It is not always fully assembled though.

See Post: http://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2300765 for some nice Water Cooling Cases.
Deep Silence 6 Gigantic Tower Case by Nanoxia is nice and quiet.
I now use the Thermaltake Core X9 Black E-ATX Stackable Tt LCS Certified Cube Chassis CA-1D8-00F1WN-00 Case.

If you get a chance look at Mercury S8S, its a little shorter and that about it. I was just amazed how big my S8 was, I think I would rather have the s8s.
