I'm stuck on a mission and without it I can progress in the game
I'm stuck on the first Strangers and Freaks mission "Pulling Flavors". The Tonya chick I'm suppose to meet up with is nowhere to be seen

I haven't messed with single player. GTA online the load times are awful.

No issues here... Try skipping or abandoning the mission and reload the game.
Single player is fantastically done, load times and all...
Only problem is SLI support.

No issues here at 4K and SLI working great with my 980s. The only issue I had was when I tried using MSAA with TXAA enabled, VRAM was almost max'd according to the game and it crashed once. So I turned off the anti-aliasing, everything else maxed and game is running great. Can't wait to get some days off work.

From what you've said I've revisited the standard SLI profile. I've reset it all to defaults, had a look and tried a few of the SLI compatibility bits... Runs much nicer, but the usage on each GPU doesn't exceed 50% and the power to each GPU doesn't exceed 65%. It would be nice to go upwards of 80%, but I'm happy overall :)

The problem is I can't skip of abandon it because I can't start it The first Strangers and Freaks mission that's in front of Franklin's home where you meet Tonya, problem is she's not there I've restarted the game several times

Since they released the first patch game has been crashing to desktop quite frequently. Load times are horrible on this game, but at least it's the only loading screen you'll see.

No surprise, it's a video game, it's to be expected now
Missed the day when a game just worked
It worked just fine out of the box on launch day. They just patched the game again today and it broke it even more. Before the game was just freezing/crashing to desktop and would occasionally throw out ERR_INIT_D3D errors. Now it's got graphics popping in and the last crash gave a new error: Failed_Zlib_call.

I've just tested it, and SP is still working perfectly for me. I'm not sure if you're playing online or locally, but it may help to narrow the problem.

I've just tested it, and SP is still working perfectly for me.
I'm not sure if you're playing online or locally, but it may help to narrow the problem.
SP. If I have to go online to fix problems with SP then I'm just uninstalling this game

I think Strangers and Freaks are dependent on the time of day. Unlike missions they don't fast forward time

Having crashes to desktop sometimes. Think it's giving me some DX error, haven't looked to closely at it. Game is beautiful in 4K at 120 Hz.

I just ended up uninstalling the game
Got fed up with in when I couldn't do the jewelry store robbery after throwing the gas can in the vent
