z87 Stinger with i3-4160?

I just received the z87 stinger itx board today from the EVGA store. It is new(not B-Stock), so I am not sure what bios is on it and wondering if it will work with i3-4160 processor? Or does it only work with what's on the list? I am unsure about this because the i3-4160 came out before the devil's canyon processors(4690k/4790k). Does it work with any i3-41xx processor?
 
edit: Okay, it looks like my board support haswell, because I see "Supports Core i5 and i7 Haswell CPU" under the features on the back of the box. Nothing about i3?
There's only like two i3 processor under the compatibility CPU which are the 4340 and the 4330T. What about the the i3-41xx and the other i3-43xx processors? I will receive the i3-4160 in a couple of days and I want to know if it will work before I take it out of the box.

    Hi. Have you had a chance to test it? I just order a z97 stinger wifi board along with an i3-4160. I would like to have an answer too on this topic. I've seen on some vendors site that the board supporter 4th/5th gen of i3/i5/i7. Would be nice to have confirmation from evga too!

    So nice! Thank you so much, I'm waiting for my z97 Stinger and i3-4160! I guess it should works to! I'll sleep better then. I will post back to confirm.
