Had a GTX 560 Ti card just fail at 39 months.  This is my first experience buying EVGA and was hoping I had a 5 year warranty, but came here to find out it had a 3 year.  Is this common for this type of card to fail this quickly?  Think this is my first nVIDIA card I have owned that has ever  failed.

39 months isn't quick honestly. To those trying keep the same card for many years, it may seem quick, but electronic devices often fail for much quicker than that.

Did you register your card when you purchased it, and can you verify you are outside of the 36 month window for sure?

Have you contacted EVGA about the card to see if there is anything they can help you with?

Does it say on your products page the warranty period? Does it now say out of warranty?

It would be worth a shot emailing support. Maybe that will bend the rules one time for you. The worst thing that can happen is they say no.

If you end up buying another EVGA graphics card, you can pay to extend the warranty, must register the product within 30days. http://www.evga.com/support/warranty/extended.asp

    Hi Jwenzel79,

I do not see any registered products on your account, can you please PM me or email me the serial number and your sales receipt so I can review the warranty available?
