Hello guys and gals, I sold my X8DTi Setup and created a new setup using Haswell-EP (basically X99 x2).
The final specs on this machine is:
Supermicro X10DAi
16GB DDR4-2133
2x 2630v3
Sapphire R9 295X2
Geforce GTX Titan
Corsair Force GT 240GB
Intel 750 series SSD 400GB
So we start off with the CPU.

More to come later

I don't think budget should be used in the title lol. Should be a very interesting build when it done though.

Still less than 5000 dollars, so it's considered a budget, BTW I'm using only 2000 dollars to build this system

I think I would add a second Corsair CPU Cooler and move that 120 Rad to the front of the case.
Odd that you are mixing your GPU like you now have, one AMD and one NVIDIA.

Why two low end Xeons instead of an overclocked 5960X?  The single thread performance difference is huge.

The i7-5960X can only be used as a Single CPU.
    Package Specifications:
    Max CPU Configuration: 1

Don't I only Wish you could use two, it was that same on the i7-4960X and i7-3960/70X as well.

You should bought ASUS X99-E WS/ USB 3.1 + i7-5960X + H105 and Dual EVGA TITAN X Hybrid for that money.
I would do that, but everybody have different wishes and need.
