so i just noticed that my pc is making a clicking noise i thought it was a HHD working but then i looked around and the sound was emitting from the back side and since i have a cosmos 2 the psu is setting all alone down there so there is nothing near it to get me confused ! so i popped out the old trusty zoom h6 and held it near the psu and i reced a sound clip :S what's going on ??

Can you save that buzzing as audio clip, same as first.
I hear your first clip now save again. I think it's not dying, sometimes electrical device produce such sound.
Example in my building in first floor is main power for all apartments and when you pass near you can hear electric sound.
zzzzzz very silent, that's sound of electric device, my PSU not produce that but happen sometimes.
If noise is very loud as on some video clips than you can RMA.

Example this is buzzing noise from PSU and this is for RMA...

Sounds like a dud fan or the blades of a fan hitting something (maybe the case of the PSU?). If it's a dud fan usually it only gets worse with time.

GPU Fan On audio clip is completely normal, but GPU Fan Off Sound as some electric noise or like fan touch something,
I can't say from video clip. But on one clip is completely normal work.
If that's electric static noise that worry me... That not sound as some naive common noise...

ya thats crazy i mean with the gpu on full blast that thing sounds normal !! BUT there is something new in my setup maybe thats why its gone noisy , a few days ago i got a grait deal on 21:9 screen 50% off ^^ so i got it and i removed my old screens and the way i have it setup now is with x2 1080p screens and this new one is in the middle so its like 6400x1080 now BUT the way i had my old screens are 2 on my 780ti and 2 on my 560ti so both cards were running on VERY low core clocks when on  desktop now the 780ti is running with 705Mhz at the lowest where it use to be 305ish before , could that be the noise making factor now ? im going to try removing the screens and give it a look . as for the fan noise im just about 100% sure that this PSU is not getting its fan to spin how ever hard i tried to make it spin in ECO mode from what i understand is that PSU in eco mode it will not run the fan unless i get 50% load OR get 50c + and trust me OH trust me i could not get it to go pass 50% or heat up ... and with the fan in non eco mode that thing is SO FREAKING LOAD !! so thats why i dont think its a fan issue .
