Shut off my PC then went out for about an hour, came home and when I turned it on to turn SLI off so I could play GTA 5 without stuttering, it seems that the setting may have disappeared.
I had SLI enabled before I left to go out.

Options I have already tried.
-Restarting PC
-Enable SLI in BIOS
-Moving the top card to the bottom, vice versa
-Used EVGA Bridge & Also Flexibridge

Using GTX 970 Superclocked.

If you have not done so already, you may want to try reinstalling the Nvidia drivers. When given the option, choose custom installation, then perform a clean install.

Another thing to try would be to test with the bridge on another set of connectors on the cards.

Disable one of the cards in device menager and then re-enable it. SLI option should reappear.
