Personally don't have that game and never had on OSD issue with any version of PrecisionX with the games I do have, but the only thing I can say is that RivaTuner Statistics Server (as used with PrecisionX 4.2.1 and earlier, and MSI Afterburner) has a Stealth Mode that says "Anticheat systems of some games may treat game code hooking required for application detection and On-Screen Display rendering as possible cheat and block connection to multiplayer server" (thus rendering OSD inop) and that "Enabling stealth mode may help to resolve such issues"..PrecisionX 5.0 and above does use RTSS and does not have that capability, so far..Guessing that is probably the issue..I suggest to try using PrecisionX 4.2.1 or MSI Afterburner along with RTSS and see if it works with (or even without) Stealth Mode enabled..You can grab MSI Afterburner here and PrecisionX 4.2.1 here on my OneDrive page.
