I noticed that when I do folding my gpu makes this high pitched coil whine and was wondering exactly what is causing it. When I play Battlefield there is no whine, but still running the same frequency as folding, but the power usage is doubled. does this mean that during a full gpu load, I have to deal with coil whine? is this normal?
