Is the GTX 960 SC 6-pin as good as GTX 960 ACX 2.0+ 8-pin because it’s faster but smaller?

Is the GTX 960 SC 6-pin card as good as GTX 960 ACX 2.0+ card 8-pin because it’s faster but smaller and has a 6-pin which carries less power than the 8-pin? With my case i prefer the shorter card but not if the performance difference is that much less and the heat difference is that much more because of the single fan.

What has your comparison findings found?
Things like Clock Speeds and power supply needs number of Ports and so on.
Less Power would in my eyes have lower clocks and smaller foot hold on any real Overclocking.
