Hoping I can find some advice and answers in regards to this. I bought this graphics card as soon as it came out (Feb 2014) and last night my PC just died. The lights were on but the screen went off. It wouldn't reboot with the power button so I shut off the power supply for a few mins then started it up again. I was running two monitors off of the card, one on HDMI and one via the DVI. When the PC booted up it only came up on the DVI monitor and everything was blurry as well as red lines going across the screen. To make sure the problem was only the GPU, I tested a GT 430. The picture was clear and there were no red lines. So I'm assuming it's the GTX 750ti.

If you registered it, you can also start a support ticket through your "my product" page.

It definitely sounds like your card died, which is unfortunate. Thankfully RMA is fairly easy through EVGA.
