Hi EVGA-members,
I got a little situation here, and I hope you might be able to help me out on this one.
Reason (can be skipped):
My younger brother a laptop which needs to be formatted (old installation, and a friend of his installed some "unharmful" software on it), so it very much needs a clean installation.
He is not much in computers and that; he likes to spend his time on handball and school, which I think is fine, however, since he moved to Germany (to play handball), it is important that he has a functioning computer, so we can communicate through it. As he is not much into computers and electronics in general, he prefers to have what he already have; windows 7.
Problem:
Problem is, I can't find my windows 7 installation disk, and his computer did, for however reason, not come with one*. Is there some (legal) way of achieving a new disk? We do have the serial-key, but that won't help us much without the disk. I do have windows 8, so if a downgrade can be downloaded, that will work too.

* I bet there was some recovery partition on the computer when he bought it, but if so, then it has been deleted to free space on the harddrive.
