I have a HTPC that won't boot. The MB lists 32 as the post code... a few times it clicks over to 34.
 
These seem to be CPU Cache checks.
 
Bad CPU?

    No booting. No video. I see 19 and 49 flash by before it stops on 32. I don't have another CPU or motherboard to test with and don't want to replace one and find out it's the other.

    No beeps. I put in another video card and still get nothing.
