Hi there

Within the step-up process, does EVGA calculate the VAT difference between UE and Switzerland ? I'm asking this because the VAT in Europe is generally around 20% while it's around 8% in Switzerland.

Also did anyone had to deal with customs/clearance fee when using the step-up ?

Thank you in advance.

I am unsure of the answer so I have referred this forum query to EVGA EU

Thanks. I think they do calculate the VAT difference because most of the company shipping from EU to Switzerland does it. I just wanted to be sure.

OK. There was actually an issue in the system with the VAT calculation when submiting a new step-up.

After contacting the support they did fix the system so that the VAT is now calculated correctly for Switzerland.
