BSOD mv91xx.sys

Running on X58SLI 3 board and using the Marvell SATA III port. System runs great all day until it's time to shut it down. Then....occasionally I get a BSOD siting the mv91.xx.sys. I have tried to find an update to the drive, but I typically get to this site that's all in French.....
Need help with this issue, as well as the proper way actually update the driver properly under Win7.

CPU: Intel Core i7 950 @20x201 4.026Ghz, Mainboard:EVGA X58 SLI 3, Memory: 6GB Corsair Dominator DDR3 1600,
Video: EVGA GTX 570, Cooler: Corsair H50
Case: SilverStone TJ10, PSU: Corsair AX850, OS: Windows 7 x64 Pro, HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB

    Got it, but the link to the proper drive is not working or outdated. Anyone have a more current link to the driver?

    Update: I was able to find the best driver and install it...I have done this before. I still get BSOD from time to time. Anything else that can cause this?

    I take it that your Motherboard Bios is up to date?
     
    Also turn off Sleep Mode on the Nic.

    When was the last time you ran SFC?
    SFC /SCANNOW

    Shutdown Wake On LAN: Enabled
    Wake on Magic Packet: Enabled
    Wake on Pattern Match: Enabled
     
    Again the BSOD is intermittent. I can go a month sometimes with out it happening, then it can happen several shutdowns in a row. I could have stressed the system and ran it all day and have no issues /w shutdown. I cant seem to pinpoint this.

    I'm having several problems related to mv91xx, including BSOD, and multiple entries in Event Viewer (e.g. every 1-2 minues) (Event ID 9: The device, \Device\Scsi\mv91xx1, did not respond within the timeout period).  Tried changing cables, ports, and also updated driver to 1.0.0.1042.  Also flashed Marvell firmware to 1701 and updated the firmware on my Crucial SSD.
     
    I see from Sajin's post there is a later Marvell driver 1.2.0.1041 which I downloaded, and extracted, but could someone advise me of the process to use that download to update my driver.
     
    Or any other information that might help my problem.

    Use device manager to update the driver manually after uninstalling the old driver.

    Thanks.  Although I didn't uninstall the old driver -- being reluctant to do so since it is my boot drive.  But after two restarts, device manager now shows that the driver is 1.2.0.1041.  We'll see if that helps any of my problems.

    Just as a followup, the updated driver and Marvell Bios have resolved problems with the mv91xx error messages in the event log.  Other problems persist which I will address in a new post.  Thanks to Sajin and others for their contributions.

    I did update my drive as mentioned above and disabled the NIC settings mentioned as well. I still get the BSOD from time to time (again, not consistent). I looked for the .dmp file and could not locate one (even did a search for *.dmp as well as look in the c:\windows\minidump path). I checked my USB driver against EVGA's site and see I am running the most current.
     
    The BOSD reads:

    Does the blue screen occur when you run your cpu & ram at default clocks?

    I have not checked that. It only occurs when I shutdown the PC. I don't get any other BSOD's. Since it's so random I didnt want to downclock to check this.
